Job description

Join our team as a Senior Travel Agent based in our office. In this role, you will oversee travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes, delivering top-notch tourism-related services and packages. Your objective is to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty for future services.

Responsibilities

Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Provide relevant information to travelers.
Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
Book from offline hotels & and DMCs.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, reissues, or refunds.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Meet profit and sales targets.

Requirements

At least 3 years of work experience as a Travel Agent.
Excellent knowledge of Amadeus refund, and reissue.
Proven history of sales.
Arabic & Fluency in English.
Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Good experience in live chat and CRM software.
