حيث يعانى الجميع من عدم وجود وظائف وانتشار البطالة فى نفس الوقت الذى يعانى فيه اصحاب الاعمال من عدم توافر الموظفين والعمال المهره فى الاسواق ووجود العديد من الوظائف التى لايتقدم اليها احد حيث انهم يقومون بنشر اعلاناتهم على صفحات التواصل او على صفحات شركاتهم او حتى فى مشاركاتهم والتى قد لاتحظى بالعدد المناسب من المشاهدات فلا يكون لها المردود المرجو من نشر الاعلان
من هنا جاء دور موقعنا وظائف الكويت اليوم
لنشر الوظائف خاصة الوظائف غير المرئية والتى تبلغ اكثر بكثير من الوظائف التى تنشر فى الصحف اليومية والمواقع الشهيرة
وولن نقتصر على نشر واستقبال اعلانات التوظيف فقط ولكن سنكون بعون الله اكبر موسوعة توظيف متخصصة فى الكويت بنشر كافة القوانين واللوائح الخاصة بسوق العمل فى الكويت ومتابعة الجديد منها
بالاضافة الى توفير مصادر التدريب وتنمية المهارات البشرية من اجل التطوير والحصول على فرص عمل افضل
