The Business Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. This role functions as the liaison between IT and users, and requires both business and technical expertise.


Responsibilities

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies;
Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation;
Works with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;


Produces high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience;
Contributes to and maintains the information architecture;
Participates in scrum ceremonies and actively contributes to SDLC;
Researches information using available internal and external resources;
Performs other related duties as assigned.
