About the job

As a Document Archiver, you will be responsible for organizing, storing, and managing documents and records in an efficient and systematic manner. Your role involves ensuring that documents are easily accessible, properly archived, and securely maintained. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the organization's document management system.

Responsibilities:

Document Organization: Categorize and classify documents based on predetermined criteria such as date, type, or department.
Archiving: Implement archiving procedures to store documents physically or electronically in a structured manner.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of archived documents, including tracking their location, retrieval, and disposal if necessary.
Document Retrieval: Facilitate the retrieval of documents promptly upon request, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:

Proficient in organizing and categorizing documents systematically for easy retrieval.
