Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Supervisor at Brandatt Kuwait. The Data Entry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the data entry team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of data entry tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members. The Data Entry Supervisor will also be responsible for organizing workflow, training team members, and communicating with other departments.


Responsibilities:


Enter data into various databases and systems with speed and accuracy
 Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies
 Ensure data integrity and consistency
 Organize and maintain files and documents
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data
 Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
 Handle confidential information with utmost integrity


Requirements:


 Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
 Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
 Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of integrity and professionalism
