Restaurant Supervisor

About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor in Kuwait City. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations, managing staff, overseeing customer service, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization, controlling inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred
Supervisory and leadership skills
Experience in managing customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, procedures, and standards
Ability to create and implement process improvements
Excellent problem-solving skills


Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proven work experience as a delivery store manager
Have a good experience in using POS System / Devices / Microsoft Office
Have a good experience in HACCP
Can handle and control the pressure of delivery
Ready to join within a month
Indian and Filipino are preferred
Maximum salary 350 KD
