- Establish and monitor inventory levels, minimizing losses and optimizing stock management.
- Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and menu optimization.

Customer Centricity:

- Prioritize exceptional customer service across all assigned stores, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Actively engage with customers, address concerns, and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere within each store.

Team Development:

- Recruit, onboard, and train store managers, effectively building a strong and dedicated team.
