Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about ensuring everyone gets paid accurately and on time? We’re looking for a dedicated Payroll Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong knowledge of payroll processes and Kuwaiti labor laws. Be the backbone of our payroll operations and help maintain trust and transparency in our workplace.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in retail.
Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and end-of-service benefits.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process monthly payroll including salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure timely payroll completion in compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and company policies.
Handle payroll adjustments for new hires, resignations, terminations, and promotions.
Manage end-of-service calculations and settlements.
Maintain and update payroll software and HRMS.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for finance.
Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Track attendance, leave records, and timesheets for payroll.
Address employee inquiries about salary, pay slips, deductions, and benefits.

المتطلبات:

خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الرواتب، ويفضل في قطاع التجزئة.
إجادة استخدام برمجيات الرواتب وبرنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل.
معرفة جيدة بقوانين العمل الكويتية ومزايا نهاية الخدمة.
المسؤوليات:
معالجة الرواتب الشهرية بدقة بما في ذلك الرواتب والمكافآت والعمل الإضافي والخصومات والمزايا.
ضمان الانتهاء من الرواتب في الوقت المحدد ووفقًا لقوانين العمل والسياسات.
التعامل مع التعديلات على الرواتب مثل التعيينات والاستقالات والفصل والترقيات.
إدارة حسابات نهاية الخدمة وتسوية المدفوعات بدقة.
تحديث برامج الرواتب ونظام إدارة الموارد البشرية.
إعداد تقارير الرواتب وتسويتها لقسم المالية.
التنسيق مع الموارد البشرية والمالية لحل أي تناقضات في الرواتب.
متابعة الحضور وسجلات الإجازات وجداول الوقت لمعالجة الرواتب.
الرد على استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالراتب وكشوف المرتبات والخصومات والمزايا.
