Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
Transferable visa
Responsibilities
Serve as primary IT contact for tenants, handling inquiries and issues
Coordinate IT service delivery including installation and maintenance
Assist new tenants in understanding and setting up IT infrastructure
Support upgrades and routine troubleshooting of IT services (IP phones, LAN, etc.)
Ensure IT infrastructure integrity during tenant move-out
Maintain detailed logs of IT issues and resolutions

المسؤوليات
العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات مع المستأجرين، والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والمشاكل
تنسيق تقديم خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما في ذلك التركيب والصيانة
مساعدة المستأجرين الجدد في فهم وإعداد البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
دعم التحديثات وحل المشاكل الروتينية لخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات (هواتف IP، شبكات LAN، إلخ)
ضمان سلامة بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات عند خروج المستأجرين
الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة لمشاكل وحلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات
