Manage IT service delivery: installation, configuration, maintenance
Assist tenants with IT infrastructure requirements before and after move-in
Provide on-site technical support for IP phones, LAN, etc.
Ensure IT infrastructure integrity during tenant exit
Maintain service logs and coordinate with IT managers on complex issues

مساعدة المستأجرين في متطلبات البنية التحتية IT قبل وبعد الانتقال
تقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع لهواتف IP، الشبكات المحلية، وغيرها
ضمان سلامة البنية التحتية IT عند خروج المستأجر
حفظ سجلات الخدمات والتنسيق مع مدراء IT في القضايا المعقدة
