مهارات قوية في البرمجة بـ HTML وCSS وJavaScript وPython وRuby وPHP وJava أو Node.js.


خبرة في أطر عمل الواجهة الأمامية مثل React أو Angular أو Vue.js.


معرفة بإدارة قواعد البيانات (SQL أو NoSQL).


تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل.


مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل العربية.


المسؤوليات:

تطوير وصيانة تطبيقات الويب وسطح المكتب.


تصميم واجهات المستخدم وتنفيذ تصميمات متجاوبة.


بناء وصيانة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs).


ضمان أمان التطبيقات من الثغرات الشائعة.


تحسين أداء التطبيقات وقابليتها للتوسع.


إجراء الاختبارات وتصحيح الأخطاء لضمان الجودة.


التعاون مع المستخدمين للاختبار وقبول المخرجات.


تصميم هيكلية التطبيقات وقواعد البيانات.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


Proven experience in tender management, pre-qualification, and business development within Kuwait.


Strong organizational and project management skills.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

Prepare technical submissions and review tender drawings/specifications.


Coordinate with electrical and mechanical suppliers for BOQ and proposals.


Attend site visits and client meetings for evaluation and coordination.


Support project estimation, value engineering, and compliance checks.
