Executive Secretary to the CEO – Bilingual, Dynamic & Ready to Start Immediately
Are you ready to take the front seat in executive-level communication and organization? A well-established company is looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to support the CEO directly. If you're bilingual, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, apply now and be part of a professional executive office.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize internal and external meetings
Prepare high-level reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential documents and maintain strict discretion
Liaise with clients, departments, and partners on behalf of the CEO
Requirements:
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Age between 25–35
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Immediate availability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
