Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of all goods and services for the restaurant.
Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and quality.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
Work closely with the restaurant’s management team to ensure operational needs are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
