The Payroll Officer role is essential in managing employee salaries while ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately including salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure timely payroll completion compliant with Kuwaiti labor laws.
Handle payroll changes such as new hires, resignations, terminations, and promotions.
Manage end-of-service settlements accurately.
Maintain payroll software and HRMS records.
Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
Track attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
Respond to employee salary and benefits inquiries.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably in retail.
Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and end-of-service benefits.

التعامل مع التغييرات في الرواتب مثل التعيينات والاستقالات والفصل والترقيات.
إدارة تسويات نهاية الخدمة بدقة.
الحفاظ على برامج الرواتب وأنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية محدثة.
إعداد تقارير الرواتب والتنسيق مع قسم الموارد البشرية والمالية لحل أي فروقات.
متابعة الحضور والإجازات والجداول الزمنية.
الرد على استفسارات الموظفين حول الرواتب والمزايا والاستقطاعات.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في مجال الرواتب، ويفضل في القطاع التجاري.
إجادة استخدام برامج الرواتب وبرنامج إكسل.
معرفة بقوانين العمل الكويتية ومزايا نهاية الخدمة.
