Requirements
Minimum 5 years as a Site Supervisor in Ready-Mix Concrete
GCC work experience preferred
Solid knowledge of site coordination and concrete pouring
Basic technical understanding of Civil or Construction Engineering
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with safety protocols and site documentation
Responsibilities
Supervise concrete pouring and site crews
Coordinate with batching plants, logistics, and construction teams
Ensure quality placement, compaction, and curing of concrete
Monitor safety and compliance with project standards
Maintain accurate site records and reports
Manage equipment dispatch and return

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على صب الخرسانة وفرق العمل في الموقع
التنسيق مع محطات الخلط واللوجستيات وفرق البناء
ضمان جودة الصب والدمك والمعالجة
مراقبة السلامة والامتثال لمعايير المشروع
الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير الموقع بدقة
إدارة إرسال المعدات وعودتها
