تصميم وتنفيذ قوائم مطبخ أمريكي أصيلة.


ضمان جودة الطعام، العرض، وضبط الحصص.


الحفاظ على نظافة المطبخ ومعايير السلامة الغذائية.


تدريب وإرشاد الموظفين الجدد.


مراقبة المخزون، التحكم بتكاليف الطعام، وتقليل الهدر.


التعاون مع الإدارة في تحديث القوائم.


المتطلبات:

خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر كرئيس طهاة أو طاهٍ تنفيذي مع تركيز على المطبخ الأمريكي.


خبرة في مطاعم أمريكية ذات حجم عمل كبير أو راقية.


مهارات قيادة واتصال ممتازة.


معرفة عميقة بعمليات المطبخ، HACCP، ومعايير السلامة.


شغف بالابتكار في الطهي.


القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.


جاهزية للانتقال أو إقامة حالية في الكويت.
