Requirements

Minimum 5 years in construction safety roles.


Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.


Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.


Safety certifications preferred (NEBOSH, OSHA 30/500).


Excellent communication and reporting skills.


MPW Kuwait approval required.


Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce site safety policies.


Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.


Deliver safety training and toolbox talks.


Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.


Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.

موافقة وزارة الأشغال العامة الكويتية مطلوبة.


المسؤوليات

مراقبة وإنفاذ سياسات السلامة في الموقع.


إجراء عمليات تدقيق السلامة وتقييمات المخاطر بانتظام.


تقديم تدريب السلامة وجلسات التوعية.


التحقيق في الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.


الحفاظ على سجلات السلامة وضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
