Collections Specialist – Join Our Dynamic Finance Team!

Requirements:

Arab Nationals only


Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent knowledge


3 to 5+ years experience in collections or similar roles


Proficient in collection reports, account reconciliation, and invoice verification


Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


Responsibilities:

Daily follow-up with customers on invoice payments


Coordinate with collector team and internal departments (Sales, Billing, Contract)


Prepare daily and monthly collection reports


Ensure validity of purchase orders/contracts before invoicing


Manage customer disputes and reconcile outstanding payments


Handle banking coordination including deposits and cheque follow-ups


Support bill collectors and escalate customer issues to management


Perform any tasks assigned by the manager

إجادة إعداد تقارير التحصيل، تسوية الحسابات، وفحص الفواتير


مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، التواصل، العلاقات الشخصية، والتفاوض
