Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is a must.


Minimum one year of customer service experience.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work flexible hours and shifts (single or double shifts depending on location).


Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.


Arabic language skills are an advantage.


Must be a local hire with a transferable visa.


Team player attitude.


Responsibilities

Handle passport and visa application procedures according to Mission standards.


Answer applicants’ queries and guide them on rules and regulations.


Provide polite and helpful communication to applicants.


Ensure accurate and error-free data entry.


Continuously update product knowledge.


Manage cash handling and reporting.


Be flexible to work in different locations and shifts.
