Requirements

Previous experience in housing coordination, property management, or tenant relations preferred


Strong communication and problem-solving skills


Well-organized with attention to detail


Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently


Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, email)


Valid Kuwait driving license required


Ability to work independently and travel between apartment locations


Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for tenants and property owners


Respond promptly to tenant concerns, complaints, and maintenance issues


Coordinate repairs and services with relevant parties


Track and document apartment issues and resolutions


Support move-in/move-out processes and tenant orientation


Conduct site visits for inspections or follow-ups


Resolve conflicts and ensure tenant satisfaction
