Requirements & Qualifications
Planning Engineer:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related fields
Minimum 5 years experience in construction planning
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel
Knowledge of EVM, delay analysis, and reporting
BMS Engineer:
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/BMS Engineering
Experience with HVAC integration and BMS programming
Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
Document Controller + Archive Officer:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Engineering or related field
3+ years experience in document control (construction preferred)
Proficient in MS Office; EDMS knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
Planning Engineer:
Prepare and revise project schedules using Primavera or MS Project
Coordinate with project teams and analyze project progress
Support EOT claims and manage planning documentation
BMS Engineer:
Design, program, and commission BMS and automation systems
Integrate BMS with HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and energy meters
Provide technical support and maintain system documentation
Document Controller:
Manage project documents, track revisions, and enforce control procedures
Organize and archive finalized project and legal documents
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity
