Requirements
Experience in customs brokerage covering air, sea, and land freight
Strong knowledge of customs laws, import/export procedures, and documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
Familiarity with PAI & KFD approval systems is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields
Proficiency with relevant software and logistics technology
Experience in supply chain and logistics industries preferred
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee import/export operations ensuring compliance
Liaise with clients and international trade partners to facilitate smooth customs clearance
Maintain up-to-date records and manage documentation accurately
Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution
