Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 3–4 years experience in payroll and recruitment, preferably in engineering contracting companies
Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and related regulations
Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing payroll systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
Managing payroll processes efficiently
Supporting recruitment and hiring activities
Ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labour Law
Collaborating with different departments to meet HR objectives
