Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards


Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and dispatch food orders accurately and timely


Coordinate with delivery drivers for punctual deliveries


Monitor and update delivery platforms in real time


Resolve delivery issues and communicate with clients


Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily reports


Ensure correct loading and dispatch of delivery vehicles


Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests


Support packing and organizing catering event orders
