Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and building codes.


Good communication and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings based on engineering specs.


Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility drawings, and topographical maps.


Update drawings reflecting design changes while ensuring compliance.


Collaborate with project teams for technical input.


Conduct site visits when required to verify data.


Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and safety standards.


Maintain organized project documentation.
