Ability to prepare soft serve ice cream mixtures.

Experience operating soft serve machines.

Knowledge of shakes, sundaes, sauces, and toppings.

Basic maintenance skills for equipment.

Ability to train and supervise team members.

Counter Staff / Ice Cream Servers

Ability to prepare cones, cups, sundaes, and simple desserts.

Basic knowledge of sauces, toppings, and serving standards.

Friendly and customer-oriented.

Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve ice cream and related products.

Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.

Provide excellent customer service.

Supervise junior team members (for team leader).
