Requirements
Proven experience in specialty coffee roasting and profile development
Strong knowledge of coffee bean types and roasting techniques
Experience with Giesen W15 & W30 preferred
Ability to track green bean inventory and maintain roasted coffee quality
Skilled in conducting cupping sessions and analyzing tasting notes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot coffee roasting profiles for espresso and filter coffee
Monitor inventory of green coffee beans and manage roasted coffee preservation
Conduct regular cupping sessions and provide detailed tasting analysis
Maintain high standards of coffee quality and consistency
