Protecting and managing the heart of our operations — the camp — requires vigilance, leadership, and dedication. Join us in ensuring a safe, well-organized, and comfortable living environment for all workers.


Responsibilities

Guard the camp and monitor entry and exit points continuously.


Ensure 24/7 safety and security of the premises.


Report emergencies or any suspicious activities promptly.


Coordinate with management and maintenance teams as needed.


Secure gates and lighting systems at night.


Oversee daily operations of the workers’ accommodation and camp.


Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of camp facilities.


Manage room allocations and keep accommodation rosters updated.


Monitor attendance and report absences or irregularities to HR/Admin.


Coordinate with catering services for timely and adequate meal distribution.


Address grievances or concerns about living conditions from workers.


Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.


Supervise camp staff including cleaners, maintenance crew, and security personnel.


Maintain inventory of camp supplies such as bedding and cleaning materials.


Coordinate transportation between camp and project site if required.


Report repair and maintenance issues to relevant departments.


Liaise with HR/admin regarding new arrivals, departures, and transfers.


Enforce camp rules and regulations to maintain discipline.


Conduct regular inspections to uphold facility standards.


Requirements

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle worker concerns tactfully.
