Advantages
Experienced in tender preparation and related procedures.
Skilled in commercial proposals, quotations, and associated conditions.
Involved in project execution, procurement, and sales activities.
Manage project communications and follow-ups daily.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, agendas, and registers related to projects and sales.
Track all actions, solve challenges, and escalate issues effectively.
Update and maintain project sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or related fields.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years of pre-sales and project experience.
Excellent knowledge of email communication, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and AutoCAD (mandatory).
Transferable visa status.

Responsibilities
Prepare and manage tender documents and commercial proposals.
Coordinate project activities, procurement, and sales follow-ups.
Communicate daily with project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project and sales documentation and reports.
