Requirements

5+ years experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in Catering, F&B, or Hospitality


Proven success in winning new business and managing tenders


Excellent Arabic and English communication skills


Strong commercial understanding of costs and margins


Strategic thinker with negotiation and networking skills


Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)


Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities in catering (corporate, government, industrial sectors)


Lead tendering and contract negotiation processes


Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives


Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships


Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models


Collaborate with operations, finance, and procurement teams

مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية


فهم تجاري قوي لتكاليف وهوامش الربح


تفكير استراتيجي ومهارات تفاوض وشبكات علاقات


إتقان برامج MS Office وأدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء


شهادة بكالوريوس في الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)


المسؤوليات

تحديد وتأمين فرص عمل جديدة في التموين (القطاعات الحكومية، الصناعية، والشركات)


قيادة عمليات المناقصات والتفاوض على العقود


تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو المتوافقة مع أهداف الشركة


بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء


إعداد العروض التقديمية والنماذج السعرية


التعاون مع فرق العمليات والمالية والمشتريات
