Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team professionally.


Create and execute authentic American cuisine menus.


Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.


Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.


Train and mentor junior staff.


Monitor inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste.


Collaborate with management on menu updates.


Requirements:

5+ years as Head Chef/Executive Chef focusing on American cuisine.


Experience in high-volume or premium American dining venues.


Excellent leadership and communication skills.


Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, HACCP, and safety standards.


Passionate about culinary creativity.


Able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Ready to relocate or currently based in Kuwait.
