About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Content Marketing Executive. The Social Media and Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. The role will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify target audiences and trends, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving sales through effective marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a detailed monthly content calendar, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives, upcoming events, product launches, and promotions. Collaborate with stakeholders to synchronize brand messaging across all content.


2. Content Ideation: Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative content ideas. Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify unique content opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to integrate key messages and product features.



3. Content Creation & Localization: Craft compelling captions and oversee translations to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. Develop and adapt content for various platforms, tailoring language and tone to target demographics.


4. Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Design and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Manage daily social media operations, interact with users, and integrate social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.


5. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Utilize social media metrics and SEO tools to enhance content effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and customer engagement. Stay informed on industry trends to inform new strategies and tactics.


6. Collaboration & Influencer Partnerships: Work with marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and engage in influencer partnerships to expand brand reach.


7. Event Support & Marketing Collateral: Assist in marketing event planning and execution. Develop marketing materials as needed to support brand messaging and engagement.
