System Analyst – Logistics Sector

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics IT, or related field


Minimum 3 years experience in system analysis or ERP support, preferably in logistics or supply chain


Proficiency in ERP platforms


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills


Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus


Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines


Responsibilities

Analyze logistics operations and identify system improvement opportunities


Customize and manage ERP systems to support shipping, inventory, and delivery workflows


Troubleshoot daily system issues affecting operations, drivers, and reception


Ensure ERP security profiles and user roles are configured and maintained


Generate reports and dashboards for logistics and finance teams


Train new employees on ERP usage and system updates


Monitor system data related to shipments, storage, and inventory transfers


Coordinate with government systems such as Kuwait Post and IPS ensuring data accuracy


Address issues raised via Al Sheraa customer mobile applications


Prepare regular reports for internal departments and ministry compliance
