Benefits

Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.


Work in a supportive and organized office environment.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.


Prior experience as a receptionist or customer-facing role is an advantage.


Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.


Professional appearance and attitude.


Knowledge of immigration or visa processes is a plus but not mandatory.


Responsibilities

Manage front desk and welcome clients professionally.


Handle appointment schedules and maintain reception area organization.


Assist with office documentation and filing.


Ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
