3-5 years of experience in IT network management


Strong knowledge of POS systems, ERP, TCP/IP services, firewalls, switches, and routers


Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills


Experience with IT ticketing systems and project management


Team player with attention to detail and a responsible attitude


Responsibilities

Manage and monitor all network appliances and restaurant IT infrastructure


Install, configure, test, and maintain network-related OS, applications, and tools


Ensure network connectivity and infrastructure availability


Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues


Monitor network usage and health according to security policies


Identify IT security vulnerabilities and implement protection plans


Keep IT security knowledge up to date


Develop system guidelines and manuals for the organization
