About the job

Our client is a pioneering AI Medical Device company dedicated to revolutionizing the Audiology industry through innovative AI-powered solutions. They are driven by a passion for improving the lives of individuals experiencing hearing loss and are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join our executive team as the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all operational functions, ensuring efficient and effective execution of daily operations.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, profitability, and market share within the Audiology sector.
Oversee research & development efforts, ensuring the timely and successful development of AI-powered Audiology solutions.
Manage supply chain and manufacturing operations, guaranteeing consistent product quality and timely delivery.
Implement and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and highest product standards.
Lead regulatory affairs initiatives, securing all necessary approvals and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Build and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the operations department.
Partner with the CEO and other executives to develop and execute the company's overall strategic vision.

About You:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Medical Device, Healthcare, or Technology sector.
Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operations with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-control.
Demonstrated expertise in building and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of the audiology industry landscape and its current challenges.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes and compliance requirements within the Medical Device industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
