Lead the Flame: Head Chef Wanted for Premium Grill Concept

Are you passionate about grilling and ready to lead an exciting new culinary experience? A reputed and established F&B group in Kuwait is launching a premium grill division, and we’re looking for a visionary Head Chef to bring it to life. This is your chance to create something unforgettable from the ground up!


Responsibilities

Design, develop, and launch a grill-centric menu that speaks flavor and creativity.


Implement efficient kitchen workflows to boost productivity and reduce waste.


Maintain uncompromising standards in food quality and presentation.


Source the finest ingredients and oversee inventory management.


Train, mentor, and lead a high-performance kitchen team.


Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.


Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a similar role.


Immediate joiners preferred.


Visa 18 Ahli required.


Preferably male candidates under the age of 35.


Location: Kuwait City


Working Hours: 8 hours/day, one day off weekly
