Specialist - Digital Performance (Growth)

About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, passionate, data-driven, results orientated experienced Digital Performance Marketing Manager to become a member of our Digital Projects team who will spearhead the growth of Kout Food Group through digital marketing, digital customer experience and digital transformation.

 

The candidate will be responsible for everything that is digital in relation to marketing performance, customer experience, maturity, and growth of Kout Food Group, particularly the Group’s key and new brand with the aim of increasing revenue and meeting organizational growth goals accordingly.
 
He/she will be at the forefront of enhancing the digital value proposition, widening the customer database by acquisition and retention plans, increasing, and strengthening Kout Food Group prominence in digital channels in line with the long-term customer and branding objectives of Kout Food Group.

Key accountabilities:

· Define digital marketing strategy, and the respective growth success metrics and oversee the group-wide digital customer experience and marketing performance for the Group in-line with the Group strategy and vision.
· Make sure that the digital customer experience, excellence and digital marketing strategy are in-line with broader Customer, Marketing and Branding Strategy– goals, where to play, how to win choices & key measures.


Define, prioritize, and improve the metrics for retention and acquisition for Kout Food Group growth and strengthening the value proposition.
Effectively communicate and present the growth plans and roadmap to improve ROI and success metrics for digital channels and products to senior management.
· Define and cascade the action plans to make an impact on business results – customer engagement, sales, share and profit growth / marketing spending reviews and effectiveness.
Negotiate and manage a defined budget for both product and digital marketing initiatives at brand and group level, allocating resources to various channels and campaigns for maximum ROI.
Lead and implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility, improve search rankings, and drive organic and paid traffic.


Establish goals and reviewing metrics to identify areas of opportunities to deliver growth.
Keep up to date with latest tools, technology & marketing trends and strengthen the organization’s positioning to be digitally prominent in the market.
Oversee, guide and manage tech teams, brand partners and digital marketing agencies, reporting the performance and suggesting tactics to maximizing performance on key metrics.
