Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
1-2 years experience in procurement or similar roles.
Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
Assist in procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, and placing orders.
Ensure timely purchasing and delivery while maintaining quality.
Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for procurement needs.
Analyze supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
Prepare procurement reports and assist in cost and performance analysis.
Maintain procurement documentation and inventory records.
