Minimum 7 years of experience in administrative management and human resources


Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar)


Excellent communication and organizational skills


Experience in industrial or contracting sectors is a plus

HR Management: Recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, grievance handling, policy implementation


Compliance: Labor law compliance, government relations, safety and compliance training


Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, administering benefits, payroll reporting and audits


Administration: Office management, travel arrangements, vendor management, IT support, corporate filing, legal documents, administrative support
