Deboned Restaurant is a restaurant specialized in providing grilled chicken from a new perspective. We have dedicated ourselves since August 2021 to give our customers a unique experience. Our plan is to dominate the chicken restaurant industry and to exist in every country in the world.

 Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Manager - F&B based in Kuwait City. The Area Manager - F&B will be responsible for directing and monitoring the daily operations of multiple restaurants within an assigned area, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing expenses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Manager - F&B will also be expected to analyze data, identify trends, and regularly communicate with staff members to maximize sales and profit.

 Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales and profit goals.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
