About the job

A Leading Global Food & Beverage Company is embarking on a transformative journey to adopt S4HANA, marking a significant shift in its technology landscape. With the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and enabling better business outcomes, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced S4HANA Programme Director to lead this critical initiative.


The S4HANA Programme Director will play a pivotal role in steering the entire project from inception to successful implementation. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale, multinational projects in alignment with the outlined scope and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the migration of select global template countries and key regional businesses from current ECC6 (EHP4) to S4HANA.


Responsibilities:

Lead the overall S4HANA migration program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Effectively engage and manage key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to secure buy-in, support, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the System Integration (SI) partner and related subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project requirements and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Direct and support the local project team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence in execution.


Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize potential impact on project delivery and outcomes.
Ensure the delivery of project objectives in terms of scope, quality, deadlines, and budget, maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of both IT and business domains, translating technical decisions into meaningful business outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
