Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction roles
Fluency in Arabic (speaking and reading) is mandatory
Transferable residency permit in Kuwait
Strong knowledge of Kuwait construction norms and site coordination
Responsibilities
Site Engineer – Civil
Execute and coordinate site activities
Proficient in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project
Interpret technical drawings
Manage day-to-day operations with strong communication and reporting skills
QC Inspector – Civil
Conduct quality control inspections on civil construction
Familiar with QA/QC procedures, NCRs, inspection tools, and international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO)
Handle documentation, ITPs, and audit preparations
Ensure compliance with project specifications
Land Surveyor
Conduct land surveying using Total Station, Auto Levels, and GPS
Mark layouts and interpret drawings
Coordinate with execution teams
