Business Development Executive – Drive Growth in Our Furniture Department!

Requirements

Valid Kuwait residency (Article 18) and driving license


Proven sales/business development experience in furniture, home décor, or interior design


Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills


Self-motivated and target-driven


Bachelor’s degree preferred


Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office


Experience in B2B/wholesale sales is a plus


Responsibilities

Conduct market research and identify customer needs


Develop and implement sales strategies


Acquire and manage client portfolios


Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction


Lead negotiations and close deals


Collaborate with internal teams to meet demands


Track and report sales performance
