We offer a wide range of E- Fulfilment solutions to provide domestic and international shipping, parcel pick- up, delivery and return management services for the B2B2C segment.


Key Deliverables

 

·        Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support IW objectives.

·        Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

·        Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software systems, including business applications, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.

·        Project management

·        Software/Hardware vendor management

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.

·        Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for information security.

·        Manage IT budgets and expenses, optimizing spending to achieve cost-effective solutions.

·        Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

 

Requirements

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·        Experience in IT for 8-10 years, preferably in a startup or small business environment.

·        Must possess software application knowledge including but not limited to ERP configuration/support experience, logistics operational system, integration expertise

·        Hands on project management experience to device project plan, execute and monitor with multiple stakeholders

·        Experience in software/hardware vendor management

·        Software product development expertise including design, develop MVP/beta versions will be an added advantage

·        Good communication skills

·        Position is open for Kuwait residents and overseas candidates from India
