Requirements
Civil Supervisor:
Minimum 5 years experience in civil construction
Strong leadership and site supervision skills
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Civil Foreman:
Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction
Ability to read drawings and manage site operations
Technical certification or relevant experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Oversee site activities and ensure project standards
Manage teams and coordinate daily work
Maintain safety and quality compliance
