Requirements

Previous experience as a Tower Rigger or Telecom Rigger


Physically fit and able to work at heights


Knowledge of rigging tools, PPE, and safety procedures


Good teamwork and communication skills


Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair telecom towers and equipment


Perform rigging, lifting, and tower climbing tasks safely


Follow all HSE and safety standards


Assist with antenna, feeder, and telecom equipment installation
