Site Manager – Lead Diverse Technical Teams with Excellence in Kuwait

Take command of a full technical team and ensure seamless project execution. Your leadership will guarantee quality and efficiency across various trades.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Project Management


Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site supervision


Strong leadership and organizational skills


Preferred proficiency in planning software (AutoCAD, MS Project)


Responsibilities

Field supervision of all working teams


Organizing and delegating daily tasks


Ensuring quality and compliance with plans


Monitoring safety and deadlines


Reporting progress to senior management
