Logistics Supervisor – Lead and Optimize Our Delivery Operations

Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management


Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)


Knowledge of Kuwait routes and traffic regulations (advantage)


Valid Kuwait residency


Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of in-house and part-time drivers


Create and manage driver schedules ensuring timely deliveries


Monitor and report fuel consumption and optimize costs


Handle driver-related issues and complaints efficiently


Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports


Ensure compliance with company policies and MOQ


Coordinate with other departments to meet delivery deadlines
