Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field


3-4 years of experience in HSE roles (preferably telecom, oil & gas, or K-Companies)


Mandatory certifications such as NEBOSH-IGC and IOSH


Strong understanding of Kuwait HSE standards and legal requirements


Excellent communication and training skills


Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and guidelines


Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits


Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures


Provide HSE induction and training for employees and contractors


Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills


Maintain accurate records and reports


Participate actively in HSE meetings and continuous improvement efforts


Monitor environmental management and pollution control
